为加强资本市场理论研究与学术交流，推动构建中国特色资本市场理论体系，中国资本市场学会（以下简称学会）将举办中国资本市场首届学术年会，打造“专业、高端、国际化”的资本市场学术盛会。年会旨在为国内外资本市场领域的学术交流提供一个高水平开放平台，推动将最新理论研究成果应用于资本市场改革发展开放实践中，为我国资本市场高质量发展提供理论支撑。


中国资本市场首届学术年会以“全球大变局下的中国资本市场：深化改革开放与高质量发展”为主题，将于2026年11月在上海市举行。为加强对资本市场重大理论与实践问题的研究，学会现组织年会论文征集活动。


一、征文主题

  1. 提高市场制度包容性、适应性研究

  2. 构建符合中国市场实际的估值定价理论研究

  3. 中国特色投资者保护体系研究

  4. A股上市公司治理模式及有效性研究

  5. 推动中长期资金入市配套政策研究

  6. 推动资本市场高水平制度型开放总体布局和实施路径研究

  7. 人工智能等科技发展对资本市场的影响和挑战

  8. 全球大变局下资本市场风险挑战与应对研究


二、征文要求

  1. 投稿稿件应为未公开发表、无知识产权争议的原创性研究成果。鼓励围绕我国资本市场重点难点热点问题，研究中国问题、指导中国实践，提出有针对性的政策建议，兼顾学术研究深度和实践应用价值。

  2. 中文或英文投稿均可，中文投稿论文15000字左右，英文投稿论文8000词左右。

  3. 会议仅接收论文全文投稿（Word版），论文正文中不出现作者信息，请将作者信息（姓名、工作单位、通讯地址、联系电话、电子邮箱等）作为单独附件上传，便于评审联系。


三、投稿方式

请于2026年8月31日24:00前，通过学会官网论文投稿系统注册并提交完整论文（https://www.ccms.org.cn/jcm/）。

稿件标题请填写“2026中国资本市场首届学术年会+第一作者姓名+第一作者单位+论文题目”，计划栏目请选择“年会投稿”。


四、论文评审

学会将组织学会学术委员会、学会会刊《资本市场研究》编委会专家等对来稿进行匿名评审，设置一等奖、二等奖、优秀奖若干名，将予以颁发证书和奖金奖励，部分作者将受邀出席会议并报告论文。会议入选论文在征得作者同意后，将优先推荐至学会学术刊物《资本市场研究》发表。论文评审结果将于2026年10月31日前通知作者。

Call for Papers

2026 China Capital Market Annual Conference

To strengthen theoretical research and academic exchange, and to develop a theoretical framework for capital markets with Chinese characteristics, the China Capital Market Society (CCMS) will host the inaugural China Capital Market Annual Conference. Positioned as a professional, high-level, and international academic event, the conference provides a premium platform for finance scholars and practitioners worldwide to share their in-depth research on capital markets, ultimately advancing the reform, development, and opening-up of China’s capital markets through cutting-edge theoretical  insights.

The inaugural conference, themed “China’s Capital Market Amidst Global Transformation: Deepening Reform and Opening-Up for High-Quality Development,” will be held in November 2026 in Shanghai. To promote rigorous research on major theoretical and practical issues concerning capital markets, the CCMS now cordially invites paper submissions.


I. Topics

Papers addressing the following topics are highly welcome:

1.Enhancing the inclusiveness and adaptability of the capital market system

2.Valuation and pricing theories aligned with China’s capital markets

3.Investor protection systems with Chinese characteristics

4.Corporate governance models and their effectiveness in A-share listed companies

5.Policy systems supporting the entry of medium- and long-term funds into the market

6.General frameworks and implementation pathways for high-level institutional opening-up of China’s capital markets

7.The impacts and challenges posed by technological advancements (e.g., artificial intelligence) on capital markets

8.Challenges and strategic responses for capital markets amid global transformation

II. Submission Requirements

1.Submitted papers must be original, unpublished research works free from intellectual property disputes. Submissions are encouraged to focus on key, challenging, and emerging issues in China’s capital markets. They are expected to balance academic rigor with practical relevance, providing targeted policy recommendations to inform market practices.

2.Both Chinese- and English- language papers are acceptable. Submissions in Chinese should be 15,000 characters, and in English 8,000 words.

3.Only full-paper submissions in Word format (.doc or .docx) will be accepted. The manuscript itself must not contain any author-identifying information. Author details (including name, affiliation, mailing address, telephone number, and email address) should be submitted separately as an attachment for communication purposes.

Please open the link to register and submit your manuscript.

Submission Deadline: August 31, 2026.

File Naming Convention: The manuscript file should be named in the following format: “2026 China Capital Market Annual Conference + First Author’s Name + First Author’s Affiliation + Paper Title.” Please select “Conference Submission” as the submission category.

IV. Review and Awards

Review Process: The CCMS will organize anonymous peer review by experts from the CCMS Academic Committee and the Editorial Board of the Journal of Capital Markets. Authors are expected to be notified of the review results by the end of October 2026.

Awards: The conference will present First Prize, Second Prize, and Outstanding Paper Awards, which include certificates and monetary prizes.

Conference Presentation & Publication: Selected authors will be invited to present their papers at the conference. With the authors’ consent, exceptional papers will receive priority recommendation for publication in the Journal of Capital Markets.
